إجراءات الحجز

To make a booking, you must provide us with a clear scanned copy of your passport/ID, address, and mobile number and email address to validate the booking. Your credit card must be scanned at pick-up.
Additionally, you must provide us accurate and complete information about your requirements, including the date, time, location, duration, and any specific requests. We will confirm your booking and provide you with the necessary details. The booking confirmation will include the type of car, driver details, booking duration, total amount and any additional services requested. Any changes or amendments to a confirmed booking must be communicated with us in writing, and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.

Booking should be reserved at least 24 hours in advance.

Pre booking information:

• Before booking, carefully read the following terms and conditions:
  For online bookings, prepaid or partial payment is mandatory to guarantee your request.
• Minimum rental is 1 calendar day (10 hours with 2 hours extension).
• Reservations must be made in advance to ensure availability and proper planning.
• Specific car within a category is available with additional fee.
• Rental extension is available after approval by our offices.
• Excess of passenger capacity is forbidden and isn’t covered by insurance.
• Luggage items and components must be legal and within car capacity.
• Accommodation of driver outside Beirut is client’s responsibility in addition to overnight fee.
• Lost items are client’s responsibility.
• Vehicle interior status is client’s responsibility.
• Smoking is prohibited inside the car.

Payment Method

Payment for our services should be made in accordance with the agreed terms stated on the booking confirmation. We accept payments via credit/debit cards. In the event of late payment or non-payment, we reserve the right to cancel the booking or charge additional fees for any collection or legal expenses incurred.

• Approved currency is US dollars.
• Provide copy of Passport/ID – Credit Card in case of advanced online payment by international credit card (Visa, Master, American Express)
• Partial Payment is 20% of full payment.
• VAT TAX (11%) is included in the above Rates. In case the VAT Tax change, the rates will change accordingly.
• Reserved period will be charged in full even if the client reduced the originally reserved period.

الإلغاءات واسترداد الأموال

Cancellation requests must be made in writing. The cancellation policy and any applicable charges will be outlined in the booking confirmation. Depending on the notice period provided, cancellations may incur a fee, as mentioned below.

• Low season: Free of Charge
• High season: Cancellation:
  • Before 1 week is free of charge.
  • Before 48 hours (charge 20% from full payment).
  • During 48 hours (No refund)

-Refund method will be via same payment method.

In the event of a cancellation by us due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., vehicle breakdown or driver unavailability), we will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative solution or offer a refund for the service not rendered.

Driving Skills:
Exceptional driving skills, our drivers are highly skilled, and well trained in various driving conditions.
Our drivers are well dressed, groomed helpful and responsible.
Multilingual drivers are available to accommodate international travellers (upon request).

Punctuality:
Being on time is crucial. Our drivers are able adhere to schedules and ensure that clients reach their destinations promptly.

Customer Service:
Our chauffeurs are friendly, professional and have excellent customer service skills which enhance the overall experience.

Navigation Skills:
Our drivers have excellent navigation skills, whether using GPS or traditional maps, to efficiently navigate through different routes.

Safety Awareness:
Our drivers prioritize safety at all times. This includes knowledge of traffic rules, defensive driving techniques, and the ability to handle emergency situations and the right not to go to Unsafe Locations.

Discretion and Confidentiality:
Our drivers often work with high-profile individuals or clients who value privacy. They are well trained in maintaining confidentiality and discretion.

Working conditions:
The drivers work up to 12 continuous hours.
Driver Working hours: – 10 hours + 2 hours overtime invoiced $10 for every extra hour. If additional time is requested, the customer will be charged an extra $100 fee for a second driver (overnight).
The drivers’ accommodation outside Beirut is the client’s responsibility in addition to an extra fee of 50$.

Its acknowledged the driver is not a porter and he is only hired for driving the car.
Etiquette and behaviour: both passengers and drivers are expected to maintain professional and respectful demeanour during the journey.

Services:

• Meet and assist in Beirut International Airport at our desk in the arrival lounge.
• 24×7 support through our Airport office (City Car Rent A Car Airport Desk)
• Water, tissue paper and air-freshener are provided with each car.
• Free Wi-Fi router inside the car. (Limited usage per day 0.67GB/Day)
• Daily Car wash and Maintenance in our In-house Garage (Garage Alfa)
• Fuel policy is full to full, fuel is the client’s responsibility. At car drop-off date, client should fill the tank at the nearest location. Failure to do so, the client agrees to pay for the vehicle full tank, and grant authorization to us to withdraw this amount from his credit card.
• Car seat/ Booster/… are available at extra cost.
• Immediate car replacement in case of accident or breakdown.
• Drivers are well hygienic and cars are sanitized.
• Multilingual Tourist Guide available upon request with daily fee starting 250 USD per day (English, French, Spanish, etc…).
• Luggage transportation service associated with car with driver rental.
• Tailored services to meet specific needs, such as airport transfers, executive transportation, or event shuttling.
• Ability to handle delegations for conferences, forums and special events.

Insurance

At Cars with Drivers, we prioritize client safety and comfort throughout their journey. Our comprehensive passenger insurance ensures peace of mind for both you and your loved ones. Travel with confidence, knowing that you’re protected by our insurance coverage. Here’s what our passenger insurance includes:

• Accident Coverage: In the unfortunate event of an accident during your ride, our insurance provides coverage for medical expenses and necessary treatments.
• Medical Assistance: Immediate medical assistance is just a call away. Our insurance covers emergency medical services for passengers during the trip.
• 24/7 Support: We’re here for you around the clock. Our dedicated support team is available to assist you with any insurance-related inquiries or concerns.
• Personal Belongings: Your personal belongings are not covered in case of item loss.
• The client perfectly agrees on the below insurance coverage:
  • We offer passenger insurance up to $400,000 USD.
    The exact unnegotiable amount will be specified solely by the insurance company.

أنت مسؤول عن تقديم معلومات دقيقة وكاملة أثناء عملية الحجز. يجب عليك الامتثال لجميع القوانين واللوائح المحلية أثناء استخدام خدماتنا. أي ضرر يتسبب فيه للسيارة أو أي ممتلكات أثناء استخدامك لخدماتنا نتيجة لإهمال أو سوء سلوك سيكون مسؤوليتك، وقد تكون مسؤولًا عن تكاليف الإصلاح أو الاستبدال.

Client is not allowed to drive the car under any circumstances.

لن نكون مسؤولين عن أي خسارة أو ضرر أو إصابة ناتجة عن استخدام خدماتنا، إلا في الحالات التي لا يمكن استبعاد هذه المسؤولية بموجب القانون الساري. في أي حال من الأحوال، لا يجوز أن تتجاوز مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية، سواء كانت تنشأ في العقد أو القضايا المدنية أو غيرها، المبلغ الذي دفعته من قبلك مقابل الخدمات المقدمة.

تعديلات على الشروط والأحكام

نحتفظ بالحق في تعديل أو تحديث هذه الشروط والأحكام في أي وقت، وسيكون هذه التغييرات سارية عند نشرها على موقعنا الإلكتروني أو إعلامك مباشرة. يتحمل عليك مسؤولية مراجعة الشروط والأحكام بشكل دوري، واستخدامك المستمر لخدماتنا بعد أي تعديلات يعني قبولك للشروط المحدثة.

قانون الإدارة والقضاء

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lebanon.
