Booking Process

The booking confirmation will include the type of car, driver details, booking duration,and any additional services requested. Any changes or amendments to a confirmed booking must be communicated to us in writing, and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.

Payment

Payment for our services should be made in accordance with the agreed terms stated on the quotation or booking confirmation. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, electronic bank transfers, or cash, as specified by us. In the event of late payment or non-payment, we reserve the right to cancel the booking or charge additional fees for any collection or legal expenses incurred.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation requests must be made in writing. The cancellation policy and any applicable charges will be outlined in the booking confirmation. Depending on the notice period provided, cancellations may incur a fee, as specified in the booking confirmation. Car and Driver Services

We will provide a car and driver service as per the agreed booking details, including pick-up and drop-off locations. Our drivers will conduct themselves in a professional manner, following traffic laws and ensuring passenger safety. Any delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., traffic congestion, road closures, or weather conditions) are not our responsibility, but we will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruptions.

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the booking process. You must comply with all local laws and regulations during the use of our services. Any damage caused to the vehicle or any property during your use of our services due to negligence or misconduct will be your responsibility, and you may be liable for repair or replacement costs.

Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of our services, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law. In no event shall our total liability, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, exceed the amount paid by you for the services provided.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time, and such changes will be effective upon posting on our website or notifying you directly. It is your responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions periodically, and your continued use of our services after any modifications shall constitute your acceptance of the updated terms.
