Booking Process
To make a booking, you must provide accurate and complete information about your requirements, including the date, time, location, duration, and any specific requests. The booking confirmation will include the type of car, driver details, booking duration,and any additional services requested. Any changes or amendments to a confirmed booking must be communicated to us in writing, and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.
Payment
Payment for our services should be made in accordance with the agreed terms stated on the quotation or booking confirmation. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, electronic bank transfers, or cash, as specified by us. In the event of late payment or non-payment, we reserve the right to cancel the booking or charge additional fees for any collection or legal expenses incurred.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation requests must be made in writing. The cancellation policy and any applicable charges will be outlined in the booking confirmation. Depending on the notice period provided, cancellations may incur a fee, as specified in the booking confirmation. In the event of a cancellation by us due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., vehicle breakdown or driver unavailability), we will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative solution or offer a refund for the service not rendered.
Car and Driver Services
We will provide a car and driver service as per the agreed booking details, including pick-up and drop-off locations. Our drivers will conduct themselves in a professional manner, following traffic laws and ensuring passenger safety. Any delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., traffic congestion, road closures, or weather conditions) are not our responsibility, but we will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruptions.
Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the booking process. You must comply with all local laws and regulations during the use of our services. You are responsible for any damage you directly cause to the vehicle or any property during your use of our services. However, you will not be held responsible for damage, negligence, or misconduct attributable to the driver provided by the company.
Limitation of Liability
In the event of an accident resulting in injury, all vehicles are insured with a reputable insurance company. Injuries will be covered strictly in accordance with the terms, conditions, and coverage limits of the insurance policy. Beyond the scope of such insurance coverage, we will not be liable for any additional loss, damage, or injury, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Amendments to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time, and such changes will be effective upon posting on our website or notifying you directly. It is your responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions periodically, and your continued use of our services after any modifications shall constitute your acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Lebanon]. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Lebanon].
